Create a transport request on the Einsys Marketplace, receive supplier offers, award the job, and continue the workflow inside your deal workspace.
Introduction
This video shows how to create a Transport request on the Einsys Marketplace, add job details, publish the listing, receive supplier offers, and award the job to your preferred supplier.
What the video shows
- Open Marketplace and click Post to Marketplace.
- Select Transport as the listing type.
- Add the transport job details.
- Add pickup, delivery, and any additional locations.
- Add the load details and required information.
- Click Create to publish the transport listing.
- Review supplier offers from the listing.
- Approve your preferred supplier and award the job.
After awarding, the transport job can continue inside the workspace with the selected supplier, job details, documents, communication, and follow-up in one place.
Why this matters
Einsys connects transport requests with the operational workflow after the job is awarded. A transport listing does not stop at receiving offers. Once a supplier is approved, the job can continue in the same system with transport details, documents, workspace chat, tasks, and team follow-up.
